Kin Campbell

Kin Campbell, CPA

Managing Partner (Russellville, AR)

Kin first became interested in accounting as a senior in high school. He took a bookkeeping course and thoroughly enjoyed it, deciding that is what he wanted to do for a career.

After high school graduation, Kin went to college in Russellville, Arkansas to become an accountant. He was in college for two years and then joined the Navy for four years. His tour of duty included California, Hawaii, and a year-and-a-half in Vietnam with a Seabee Unit.

After Kin's enlistment with the Navy was over, he came back home, got married, and continued his education. After finishing his accounting degree, he went to work for a large CPA firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. He did a little bit of everything there, but mainly did audits on businesses. This involved counting money in a bank one week and then counting chickens on a farm the next week. This required a lot of travel but Kin really got a practical education in doing hands-on work and interacting with people.

Kin then moved back to Russellville, Arkansas and has spent the over four decades there. He is approaching his 50th year in accounting.

As Kin's practice grew, it was getting to the point where he needed to make some changes. After a meeting with David Pickler of Pickler Companies, it appeared that both practices were much the same. In the fall of 2020 he merged his practice with Pickler Accounting Advisors.
